“Can’t upload [file name] - No read access”

Happens when trying to upload a local file that’s read-only

How to resolve

Change local file settings (allow access)
Click on dropdown arrow button and select ‘Retry’
If issue isn’t fixed, send your log files to support@insynchq.com
