Destroyed Onedrive [fixed by removing and re-adding account]

When I open insynch I sometimes get a brief flash of my Onedrive files then in vanishes. The folders and files in my Onedrive folder on my system have been deleted. Fortunately I have my own hard copy backups.

The main pattern is that local files are removed while online copies remain intact. If so, please refer to my latest reply in those threads for the instructions on how to send your log files to us.

Yes it does. I just responded to Mia apolgizing for double posting of problem and have replied to her with screen shots; so will wait to see what she has to say. My Google account is fine; just Onedrive.

All is well after following directions to remove and re-add Onedrive, Although on one of my OS’s I was faced eith a blank screen with message “something went wrong” (may not be exact quote). I had to uninstall and re-install Insync. Then carry on with adding Onedrive and all was OK.

Thanks as well for this update, @AllanP! We will continue to investigate these OneDrive issues to prevent it from causing any further damage to our users’ setups.
