Doesn't sync deep directories

I’m having the same issue described here: Insync not syncing all subfolders

I’m running the latest version as of today (4/11/2026) and MOST of my files are fairly deep in the tree, they are not being seen. When will a fix for this issue be released because this makes this product worthless.

Hi @Micah_Morton, we sincerely apologize for the huge trouble. Could you please email support@insynchq.com with the following:

  • Your logs.db and out.txt files, which can be found by following this guide.
  • Full path of a file or folder that would not sync properly. 2-3 examples will do.
  • The URL of this Forums post for easier reference of the issue.
