Insync not syncing all subfolders

Hey everyone,
it happened repeatedly that Insync fails to sync folder that a in quite a deep tree (more then 9 folder levels below the root Insync OneDrive root folder. I tried several times to unsync a specific parent folder and resync it, but Insync still fails to recognize these deep folders. I have to expand all these folders whithin the Insync app and when I reach the level of the unsynced files Insync starts to sync these. This is a bit annoying, because I don’t want to browse all the files before Insync starts syncing. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hi @gernophil!

This is a known issue with deeper directories on Insync; there seems to be a delay in the servers which leads these folders to not be synced or seen by the app as fast as it sees the ones higher in the directory tree.

Could you please send your logs.db and out.txt files to support@insynchq.com and specify the folder/s experiencing this issue?
