Error Moving Drive Folder to New Location

I am trying to move my Drive folder to another hard drive partition. When I choose the the folder in the browse window and hit ‘Apply’, I just see a red error symbol flash really quickly on the UI and go away before I can read whatever it says.

Let me know which log files you need and where to put them.
