File stuck uploading at 0 bytes

@anti-clockwise Hey! Sorry about the delays. I checked with Mara and it seems like all is well on your end?

Just double-checking

To solve it on my side I rename the stuck file/directory and wait for Insync to upload it. When the upload is done I click on “Pause app” and then I click on “Resume” and after the Scanning/Syncing starts I rename the file/directory to the original name.
I’m doing this with a lot of files and directories and it is working fine.

I solved it by clearing session info for the files using:

sqlite3 ~/Library/Application\ Support/Insync/live/live-gd-<gdid>.db "delete from cl_extras where key like 'ul-sess-add%'"

Thank you for sharing your solution, @logg!

The problem still persists in this latest version.
Why is the problem not fixed??? What’s the difficulty?
So it is not possible to trust the program.

Hello support team, hope you had a nice christmas time. I’m a long time user of insync and it seems, that I experienced the problem decribed above now for the first time. Fact ist, that I moved a lot - some thousand files - not with windows explorer but with my ACDSee photo manager. Insync didn’t detect the movement and subsequently removed all moved filed from gdrive und is now uploading all to gdrive from the new location. Same hard disc by the way. And now I’m stuck on certain files that are not uploaded. Restarting insync didn’t help. I moved the file in question to adifferent folder, it was uploaded immediately, but insync still tries to upload the file from the location where it was deleted some moments before. I the quit insync. Restarted insync and after a while of scanning it seems, that the problem is solved…
Best regards
Peter

My apologies for the trouble, @Peter_William_LeMans! I’m relieved to know that your files have synced properly since reporting this, but it sounded like how Insync handled the moves caused you a lot of headache.

I wanted to check if that folder where you moved the files to was previously synced prior to moving the files in there? Furthermore, would you be able to recall if the previous folder (original location of your files) had a green or yellow check on the app?

The proposed solution worked for me.
