Had to reinstall windows 10 and... now Insync got messed up

Dears,

I had to reinstall my windows 10… would not load anymore… after reinstalling… lost everything (but not the data which where in a separate hard drive).

Installed insync again and… could not use the same folder… but… boy, its more than 4TB of data and over 400k files… I don’t wanna download everything again… what should I do here?
