How to sync to a folder outside of the base folder?

Hi,

Back in 1.5 version, I can sync folder in a cloud to outside of base folder easily by click “change location” button.

Now I have upgrade to 3.0 and I can’t find the feature anymore.

How can I sync folders in cloud to outside of base folder?
