Thank you! A fix is included in 3.3.4-- I will update this thread when it’s been released.

That is such great news! Any chance that 3.3.4 will be released in 2020?

@biffster Yes! We just did-- here you go: https://www.insynchq.com/downloads

I’ve been able to make much progress in uploading data finally with this latest release 3.3.4. It’s gotten seemingly stuck a couple times, but eventually showed a “need to login” error and after logging in again, uploads resumed at full speed.

I still end up in very long “scanning” sessions, but I’m not sure it’s actually problematic. Regarding memory use, my Insync 3.3.4 is currently using 18GB RAM. (Thank God this is a beefy desktop…) I’m syncing 1,068,229 files totaling 4.3TB currently.

Hi @CNG! Thank you for the feedback. What’s your desktop’s OS?

Having the same problem. can’t fully sync Onedrive. There was no issue with Google Drive. I’ using Q4OS (Debian based) and Insync stops on scanning on random files.

@5k18a Hi! Please send your logs.db and out.txt files to support@insynchq.com with the link to this post.

Those 2 files should be in ~/.config/Insync.
