InSync Crashes Intermittently / Not launch on boot up

First, we expect better than a forum / commentary system when reporting problems for a commercial product. This excuse for “support” has become too common and lowers our view of the parent company.

The application now fails to launch upon boot up, though it is in the startup applications list. It also dies / crashes intermittently by a pattern we cannot yet determine. Manually launching and waiting for the sync update has become too common… enough to noticeably waste throughout the work day.

The primary machine on which this occurs runs Linux Mint 17.2 64bit, though it also runs virtual installs of Windows environments (not with InSync installed in them). Other systems around our outfit have seen this as well, so we doubt it is OS type/version specific. If someone knows otherwise, we would like to hear the details for investigation, as likely the answer if found will come from other users, considering this form of “support.”
