Insync.exe - No Disk error

Hello,

I run Windows 10 and have recently started receiving a pop-up error message of “Insync.exe - No Disk” The message says “There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive G:.” The message seems to pop up intermittently.

I do not currently have anything in a drive G:, and this message continues even if I select one of three options: Cancel, Try Again, or Continue. I cannot figure out what is causing this issue, or how I might get it to stop.

Any suggestions are much appreciated. I searched the forums but couldn’t find anything addressing this particular error.

Hello @hollabaughr,

Please send the Insync logs to support@insynchq.com so that we could look into this.

Thanks
