Insync is trying to delete files outside my drive directory

Ubuntu 16.04.3
v. 1.3.22

I usually use python3 virtual environments (virtualenv) for developing and after I deleted one of them insync is trying to delete 711 files out of my drive directory:

/usr/local/include/python3.6m/*
and
/usr/local/lib/python3.6m/*
