I’m trying to change the location of my base folder on my ubuntu laptop, but when I click on the “change” button the app shuts down. There are no errors or conflicts shown. FYI: ubuntu is running in a hyper-v virtual machine on a Win11pro laptop.

I just installed insync and using the 7 days period to decide if I want to buy the software, but I am also stuck on exactly this issue, using insync 3.8.7.50516.

Hello @richardtheodor! There is a known issue when changing base folders on Arch Linux, and I have alerted our engineer regarding your report. Could you send your logs.db and out.txt files to support@insynchq.com with the link to this forums post?
