Mint 17.3 static tray icon

After upgrading to Linux Mint 17.3, the tray icon is not dynamic anymore.
Before the upgrade the icon changed to inform it was syncing, when finished syncing and when had an error. But now there is always the blue square logo similar to the one in the app menu.
I know it’s a new version of the OS and things can be broken, but I would like to know if there is something I can do to get it back to the way it was before.
Thanks.

Weird. I did a clean install of LM 17.3 Cinnamon 64-bit and this does not happen to me.

I will tag our engineer @lpugoy in this and he will get back to you

Looks like something to do with upgrade process. Probably reconfiguring the package is a good idea. Cannot confirm this issue on a freshly installed Mint 17.3

@malaquiasjp: Apologies for not replying sooner. The Insync process might be stuck processing changes in your case. Please send your logs to support@insynchq.com for investigation: How to find the log files.

I’ve tried the suggestions here and a few others with no success. But I made a clean install that I was already planning to do and now it’s fine.
