Same here on Ubuntu 17.04 x64. insync does not start.

Hello,

Same problem for me under kubuntu 17.04 64bits:

Moreover, insync does not start (I’m under KDE5)

Kubuntu 17.04: Insync no longer starts up. Going back a revision.

Same here on Ubuntu 17.04 Gnome – Insync does not start

Having the same problem here with Ubuntu 17.04. I don’t see where one can download the older versions, which is unfortunate as right now the new version does not startup at all.

Edit: I did find the direct download link in the previous release thread.

Same thing here on Debian Stretch. Incidentally (to Robert), you may find older versions in your /var/cache/apt/archives directory on Debian and Debian-derived distributions.

Thanks, that’s a good tip! I’ll remember it for the future.

have a look here: just removed new version not working (on Ubuntu 17.04), reinstalled 1.3.16, now all works good again

Ubuntu 16.04 also affected
insync start --no-daemon output: https://pastebin.com/vs9cy0Yc

1.3.18 works. Thanks

@michel-zimmer: Did you install the package for Ubuntu 16.04? It worked in my case.

1.3.18 resolves the issue for me on Ubuntu 17.04. Thanks!

I’ve had to fix /etc/apt/sources.list.d/insync.list again. I’ve change it already from trusty to xenial and now I had to do that again, but it’s working now.

Confirmed 1.3.18 update fixed the issues on Ubuntu Mate 17.04

Hello,

I just purchased Insync after 15 days of trial, how do I know that I have the newest version installed?

Thanks.
