"No ongoing transfers" even though some folder still are unsynced

My Insync (1.2.5) shows “No ongoing transfers” in the progress tab even though some of the folders remain unsynced.
I noticed that the folders that are affected are mostly programming related (very deeply nested with long folder names), however Insync did not show any message concerning path length or anything similar. Is this a known problem and are there any workarounds?

The entire folder has been selected for syncing, but it’s not picking up all the files. Also, in some cases when it syncs a file to other machines, it shows a file size of zero. Any suggestions?
