No permission to delete

I have somehow deleted a folder (or groups of folders) and now I have almost 300 errors telling me that I don’t have permission to delete the folder. The only option I seem to have is to do a RESTORE for all 300 of these errors. This of course is going to take a very very long time to do this. Any suggestions on how I can more quickly get these files restored rather than going through one-by-one and clicking restore or how I can find out where the folder was originally so I can restore it? Or if there is any other way to ignore/process these error messages? The user interface is fine for a very small # of errors but whenever there are large errors then the UI is very painful to use.

@Paul_Hughes1: Please uncheck those folders(/ the parent of those folders) under the selective sync settings of your account and apply changes:
