Not syncing files with if created / saved with Word 2013 directly

Dear Support,

Everyfile I create with word in the networkshare will not be synced.
But other files created not Word are synced immediatly.

I use Windows 2012 as the syncing server and Word on Windows 8 as my client to create a file with Word.

Hi @mweigergangs, I’m so sorry to hear this, may I ask if the folder you placed your Word file in is synced? It could be that the files are still currently syncing if that’s the case. Please do send an email to with your logs.db (How to find the log files) attached to support@insynchq.com if it doesn’t update after 24 hours. Thank you!
