Not syncing unless Google Drive client is open

Dear all,

I have two accounts attached to InSync. Both accounts are not syncing, but one account does after I open the Google Drive Client.

I assumed it was interfering in someway so disconnected the account from the Drive client but still InSync is not replicating in either direction. Is there a force sync option?
