Hi, so its been “just” 5 years now. I’m curious if your team have had “enough” time to work on this?
To be honest this would make your product much more appealing considering how hated Microsoft is right now and people looking for options.
Please get back to us with some update!

This is big news!!!
I was actually going to cancel my subscription for the yearly renewal since i have now totally moved away from onedrive and that was the only reason i had this. But it payed before i canceled. I will stay onboard but by the time next payment comes if there is no proton drive support i’m not continuing. I feel wit today’s AI and tools this should be a no-brainer. Hell i’m making amazing tools myself right now and i’m not even a developer (was long ago).
Proton Drive support would get a massive upvote from me. As a Linux user, like many, I’m crying out for a realtime sync option for Proton Drive. Proton have recently released a CLI and a SDK and do expect to have a Linux client soon which may make you think it less necessary but this is not so. Proton will be aiming for feature parity with their Windows Sync, that does not convert docx and odt files to Proton Doc on upload nor the reverse on download. Similarly it doesn’t convert xlsx and ods files to and from Proton Sheets. Given that you achieve this with Google Docs and Sheets, I’m convinced you could do the same with the Proton alternatives. Secondly having all my sync needs under one tool would be highly advantageous.

I ask already and I am asking again now with the Proton Drive CLI available.
Please In-sync, make it happen and a lot of people will be relay graceful.
All the reasons have been given already. Just adding my vote for proton drive integration
+1 for Proton drive support, especially for Insync “headless”! I would dump Google Drive in a heartbeat and convert to Proton drive for stuff, only thing holding me back is loving Insync “headless” for easy drive access/syncing.
