Since using Insync, my Google Drive files are getting moved to thrash

I am using Insync on my Mac to synchroniz between Google Drive and WD MyCloud NAS.
This is the second time I have been trying to sync 600 Gb of files from the WD MyCloud to Google Drive and it ends up moving files & folders to thrash that have already been synched successfully. I am already thinking I may have lost some files, in any case if this core functionality is not working then the tool is not usable.

Anybody else experiencing this problem? Thanks
