Sync from server is broken

Operating system: OSX 10.13.2 (17C85a)

Issue: Just updated my existing 1.3 to 1.4.0 beta version. I have two drives; my personal gmail account and Google for Work account. All local changes are synced to server. Any changes on server is not synced to local drive.
