Sync Successful but Missing from Insync Feed

I’m using Insync on Windows 10 Pro x64 with Google Drive as the cloud backend.

I use KeePassXC and sync my .kdbx file. Every time I make an edit and save the file, I see the Insync tray icon briefly change from green to blue and back to green—suggesting that the file synced successfully. However, when I open the Insync app and check the Feed (set to “All accounts” and “All activity types”), there’s no record of the change.

When I check the .kdbx file in Google Drive (in the cloud) via my browser, the timestamp matches the edit, so it does seem like Insync is syncing the file to the cloud—but not reporting it in the Feed.

How can I fix this?

Hi @Jeff_S ! Thank you for posting about it, and my apologies for the trouble! Could you confirm if you can see the edit history on the Google Activity as well? Furthermore, does this issue only happen to .kdbx files?

Please also send your logs.db and out.txt files to support@insynchq.com, which should be in %AppData%\Insync. I’ll send this case to our engineers to see if it’s related to this known issue.
