Syncing is very slow

Hello there,

I just joined and started using insync, but i see that syncing is very very very slow.
Its syncing for 40min now and it only created 2001 folders. 0 files.

Maybe let us set a option to increase the files per second.
Or make it multi threaded.

@Joris: How has Insync progressed since then? Initial sync may take some time and we are working on improving the sync speed. If you are still experiencing issues, kindly send your Insync logs and the compressed copy of the “dbs” folder present next to the logs.db file to support@insynchq.com so that we could look into it.

How to find the log files

Tray icon is visible Click on the [image] in your tray menu. Click on the ellipsis to show the support center directory [ellipses] Go to support and click on locate logs - We’ll need the logs.db and out.txt files for investigation [4 locate] Tray icon is not visible The following directories contain logs.db and out.txt: Windows %appdata%\Insync You can copy and paste this path directly into Explorer’s address bar, and it will automatically open the folder containing the logs.
