When startup windows the Insync used 90-100% i/o

I use Insync Plus 1.3.5 and I have many files around 50,000+ in google drive for sync. When startup windows the Insync
process usage i/o 90-100% around 1-5 minute but the google drive client are not same the problem. I use windows 10 and SSD.
