I’m having the same problem. How can I fix?

Hello everyone,

We have been able to reproduce it and are working on the fix. We regret the inconvenience.

Thanks.

Hello. I have same problem. When I right mouse click, crashed Insynchq.

How can I fix? Could you help to me?

Hi Fahreddin

As a temporary fix, I have found that I can “Pause syncing”, by right clicking the tray icon.
Then I can right click and do my business in explorer, and when done, right click tray icon again, and “Resume syncing”

I hope it helps you aswell.

Best regards

Hi all,

This has been fixed in the latest release (1.2.9), if it hasn’t auto-updated for you already, kindly download the latest installer: https://www.insynchq.com/downloads/win and run it, it will update the old installation.

We appreciate your patience.

Thanks
