Insync does not initiate syncing on all my PRO accounts on start up

I estimate that over 50% of the time that I start up my computer one of my accounts fails to initiate syncing. I have had to manually add accounts (and therefore completely resync all the data) dozens of times. I am using Win7.

@sdirghalli It looks like you are experiencing database corruption which is a known issue.
